The Application Process:
An application with your basic business information
must be filled out and signed and sent along with business documentation
which includes your business registration or corporate papers, "voided"
check from your Bank account, and a marketing piece (brochure, website,
ad, flyer).
Getting Setup:
Once your paperwork is received, there is a two
day turn-around-time to receive your merchant number.
Rates, Plans:
Prices vary depending upon how you process: e-commerce, software,
hardware,
internet, mail order, telephone order, retail, etc.
E-commerce is for merchants selling on the internet who do not want to
interact with the sale process and want to have funds automatically
processed into their Bank account. Software is for merchants who sell via
mail-order, telephone order, service and internet. Hardware is for
merchants who sell retail, trade show, restaurant and have face-to-face
contact with customers.
General Info:
48 hour deposit of funds to your
bank account. 24 hour merchant support. The way you process determines
fees and this is monitored by the Bank.
